Keep Kids Fit has been created to help children find their favourite sports club and local store by using an easy to search listing located at the top of the page (Find your Local Sports Club or Local Store). We believe that there are many children who are missing out on rewarding after school activities/sports, as they are unaware of what is available to them in their local community.
Keep Kids Fit has been designed for children of all ages, children with a disability and children trying to find a unique sport. Keep Kids Fit has also added a video section where children and parents can watch the basic daily stretches and warm up activities.
